How can I join SHARE?

By downloading the 'SHARE Rewards' app on Google Play or the Apple Store. Once you have the app make sure to register, verify your email address and login to start enjoying all your member benefits. If you already have an account with VOX Cinemas, you can log into the SHARE app with your VOX username and password.

How do I join SHARE if I already have an account with VOX Cinemas?

By downloading the 'SHARE Rewards' app on Google Play or the Apple Store. Once you have the app, login with the same username and password that you use at VOX Cinemas.

How do I join SHARE if I already have an account with Carrefour MyCLUB?

You can be a member of both SHARE and MyCLUB. You can even link your SHARE and MyCLUB accounts to easily transfer points between both. To link your accounts please log into the SHARE app, select ' Account' (bottom right) then click the 'Transfer to MyCLUB' tile.

Will I receive a membership card when I join SHARE?

No. You don’t need a physical card to enjoy our programme. Our SHARE app makes it easy for you to access all your benefits, offers and account information from one place on your phone.

How old do I have to be to join SHARE?

You must be at least 10 years old in order to join the SHARE rewards programme.

Can I have more than one SHARE account?

No. You can only have one individual SHARE account that is registered to your name, email address and phone number. You can also create a seperate SHARE Family Group with up to 9 members.

Will I need to provide personal details when registering with SHARE?

You only need to give us your name, email address, date of birth and phone number in order to register with SHARE.

How do I cancel my SHARE membership?

You can cancel your membership by calling the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273). The Team is available 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm Sundays to Thursdays and 9am until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

I have been locked out of my SHARE account. How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, select the 'Forgot Password?' option in the SHARE app. An email will be sent to your account to help you reset your password (please ensure you check your Junk/Spam folder in case the email ends up there!).

Where can I find my SHARE ID?

Log into the SHARE app, click on the SHARE Logo (bottom middle) then select 'SHARE ID'.

How do I join if my phone is not compatible with the SHARE app?

You will need a compatible smartphone in order to join the SHARE programme. The SHARE app should work on the latest versions of most devices and we are working on making it available on more phone models.

How do I change my personal details on the SHARE app?

Log into the SHARE app, select 'Account' (bottom right), click on the settings gear (top right) then select 'Edit Profile'. To change the email address on your profile, please contact the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273).

I have two SHARE accounts. Can I merge them together?

Yes. Please contact the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273) in order to merge your two accounts.

Can I use the SHARE Wallet without verifying my credit or debit card?

No. For security purposes, the verification step is required in order to confirm the credit or debit card authorization.

Which cards can I add to my SHARE Wallet?

Any VISA or Mastercard card (both credit and debit cards) can be added to your SHARE Wallet.

Why am I unable to add my debit card to my SHARE Wallet?

Some debit cards require your bank’s authorization in order to be used for online transactions. In these cases, please reach out directly to your bank in order to enable the service.

What should I do if I was charged incorrectly for a SHARE Wallet transaction?

Please call the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273) for support in these cases.

I used my SHARE Wallet and received two transaction messages from the Bank. What shall I do?

In most cases, the duplicate transaction will be voided instantly but may take your bank a little while to notify you. Please wait for 30 minutes then check your card balance again. If you still believe that you have been charged twice, please contact the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273).

How do I pay with my SHARE Wallet?

Firstly please inform the cashier that you will be paying for your purchase using the SHARE Wallet. Once the cashier gives you the go ahead, click on the SHARE Logo (bottom middle) then select 'SHARE Wallet'.

When can I expect my refund if I was charged incorrectly for a SHARE Wallet transaction?

The refund request timelines will vary based on your bank’s refund policy. This may take up to 10 working days before appearing in your bank account.

How do I verify my credit or debit card?

As soon as you add a credit or debit card, a small amount will be charged for verification purposes and sent to you as an SMS/email. Please enter this amount (in AED) on the verification page of the SHARE app. Once the card is verified, the amount will be rrefunded to your card.

In case an SMS/email wasn’t received, your bank may not have enabled notifications services for this card. Please check your bank statement or get in touch with the bank to verify the latest amount charged by Beam, then enter the same in the verification page of the SHARE app.

Is the SHARE Wallet secure?

Yes. Rest assured that we have taken the utmost measures to ensure the security of your SHARE account and all it's information including payment details.

How do I add a card to my SHARE Wallet?

Log into the SHARE app, select 'Account' (bottom right), click on the settings gear (top right) then select 'Payment methods'.

I do not want to add my credit card to the SHARE Wallet. Can I still use the programme?

Yes but please keep in mind that the SHARE Wallet is secure and makes it much easier for you to earn and redeem points instantly. If you do not want to set up the SHARE Wallet, you can still earn points by submitting your receipts onto the SHARE app.

What is the SHARE Wallet?

The SHARE Wallet is a secure, contactless payment feature in the SHARE app. Add your debit or credit card details to this digital wallet so that you can pay quickly and earn points instantly when you make purchases.

Can the SHARE Wallet be used anywhere?

No. The SHARE Wallet can be used at all Majid Al Futtaim brands and a select list of stores in our shopping malls. For a list of all SHARE Wallet locations, please click here

How do I know if a particular store accepts the SHARE Wallet?

Stores that accept the SHARE Wallet will have the SHARE logo and branding at the cashier area. A list of these locations is also available here.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

To transfer SHARE points, please set up or join a SHARE Family Group. You can then transfer points to other members of your group at any time.

What are SHARE points?

SHARE points are the programme’s main currency. You will earn points every time you make a purchase at any Majid Al Futtaim brand or at any stores/restaurants in our shopping malls. You can then use points, or a combination of cash and points, to pay for your purchases at select locations or to redeem them towards a shopping mall gift card.

How are SHARE points calculated?

You will earn between 2.5 - 150 SHARE points (per AED 100 spent) on all purchases made in our Majid Al Futtaim brands and shopping malls.

1- Any store within our shopping malls will give you 2.5 SHARE points per AED 100 spent.

2- Plus, if you shop at one of our Majid Al Futtaim brands, you get an additional 2.5 - 150 points per AED 100 spent.

 

Lastly, select brands within our malls will give you an additional points boost of 7.5 points per AED 100 spent.

Do SHARE points expire?

Any unused points will automatically expire after 24 months.

Can I purchase additional points from SHARE or from another SHARE member?

No you can’t currently purchase additional points. Instead, set up or join a SHARE Family Group and you can transfer points to other members of your group at any time.

How can I check my SHARE points balance and transaction history?

Log into the SHARE app and select 'Account' (bottom right). You will see your points balance on the top and a list of transactions by date below.

Can I earn points on purchases made online?

Yes but only at VOX Cinemas. Simply log into your VOX account prior to buying any of your online tickets. For now, online receipts for all our other brands are not eligible for earning SHARE points.

Will I receive points on purchases made with my shopping mall gift card?

Yes, you will earn points on all purchases made using your gift card. Simply submit the receipt onto the SHARE app using the camera icon on the top right of the main page. Please note that points cannot be earned when you purchase the shopping mall gift card itself.

Do I earn points when I pay for a purchase using points or a combination of cash and points?

If you are paying with your SHARE points then you will not earn any additional points. If you are paying with a combination of cash and points, then you will earn points on the cash amount paid.

How do I earn points by submitting my receipts?

Log into the SHARE app, then submit your receipt using the camera icon on the top right of the main page. Please note that you cannot submit receipts from Carrefour or VOX Cinemas.

Can I submit a Carrefour receipt to earn SHARE points?

No. For all your Carrefour purchases you will continue earning points on your MyCLUB account. You can then link your SHARE and MyCLUB accounts in order to transfer points between both.

Can I submit a VOX Cinemas receipt to earn SHARE points?

No. To earn points at VOX Cinemas, please show your SHARE ID to the VOX staff when purchasing your tickets. The SHARE ID can be found by logging into the SHARE app and clicking on the SHARE Logo (bottom middle).

What part of the receipt do I need to submit in order to earn points?

You need to submit a clear image of the entire receipt in order to earn SHARE points. If your receipt is long, please use the 'Long Receipt' option to take multiple pictures of your receipt.

How quickly will my points appear in my account?

If you've paid with your SHARE Wallet, earned points will appear in your account instantly. If you have submitted receipts, points can take up to 14 days to appear depending on the clarity of your receipt image. If you still cannot see your points after this time, please contact the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273).

My receipt was declined because it did not have the mall name on it. What should I do in this case?

Please re-submit your receipt on our SHARE app along with the credit card slip from that transaction (using the 'Long Receipt' option).

How long do I have to submit my receipts?

You have 14 days including the date of purchase in order to submit your receipts and earn SHARE points.

Why was my submitted receipt declined?

For every receipt that has been declined, you will be able to see a reason for the decline.

In order to minimize your declined receipts, please ensure that the image you submit is clear and include your credit card slip where possible. Also please note that you cannot submit receipts from Carrefour or VOX Cinemas.

How do I redeem points using the SHARE Wallet?

Inform the cashier that you will be paying for your purchase using SHARE points and your SHARE Wallet. Once the cashier gives you the go-ahead, log into the SHARE app then click on the SHARE Logo (bottom middle) and 'SHARE Wallet'.

What are SHARE offers?

There are four ways to redeem your SHARE Points:

 

1 - In all Majid Al Futtaim brands and select stores that accept the SHARE Wallet, you can redeem points instantly using your SHARE Wallet.

2 - For all other stores within our malls that do not accept the SHARE Wallet, redeem your points for a shopping mall gift card to use towards all your purchases.

3 - If you are redeeming points for your movie tickets at VOX Cinemas, log into your VOX online account or show your SHARE ID to VOX staff prior to purchase.

4 - If you are looking to use points towards your Carrefour purchases, link your SHARE and MyCLUB accounts then transfer points to MyCLUB.

How do I redeem points in VOX Cinemas?

If you are redeeming for online tickets, please log into your VOX account prior to making your purchase. If you are redeeming points while at VOX Cinemas, show your SHARE ID when making your purchase.

Is it possible to earn SHARE points and redeem them instantly?

Yes. By using the SHARE Wallet at Majid Al Futtaim brands and select stores within our shopping mall, you can earn and redeem points instantly. You can also earn and redeem points instantly for all your VOX Cinema purchases and also when you transfer points to/from your Carrefour MyCLUB account.

Do I need a minimum number of points to pay for purchases?

Yes, you need a minimum of 10 SHARE points (worth 1 AED). Instead, you can choose to partially pay with SHARE points and the rest using your SHARE Wallet, cash or a credit card.

Is it possible to pay using part points and part cash or credit card?

Yes. You can pay partially using SHARE points then the rest using the SHARE Wallet, cash or your credit card.

- If you are paying partially with points and partially with the SHARE Wallet, log into the SHARE app then click on the SHARE Logo (bottom middle) and 'SHARE Wallet'.

- If you are paying partially with points and partially with cash or your credit card, please inform the cashier to split your payment as desired.

Can I exchange my points for cash?

No. SHARE points cannot be exchanged for a cash substitute.

If I return or refund a purchase, will I keep the SHARE points I earned?

No. The points you earned from your exchanged/refunded purchase will be deducted from your account.

Can I redeem points that someone else earned?

No. You can only redeem points that you have earned or points that have been gifted to you by a member of your SHARE Family Group. Please note that if you are the Family Head of a group (i.e. you created the Family Group), you will also be able to redeem all points that have been contributed by your group's members.

SHARE FAMILY GROUP

Does SHARE offer family or corporate memberships?

SHARE offers members the option of creating a Family Group and inviting up to 9 members over the age of 10 to join. SHARE does not currently offer any corporate memberships.

How do I create a SHARE Family Group?

Log into the SHARE app, select 'Account' (bottom right) then click on the 'Family' tile and invite members to join your group. As the person who created the Family Group, you will be the 'Family Head'. This means that all members of your group can contribute a portion of their earned points to your account. They can also gift points to each other at any time.

What is the benefit of contributing a portion of my earned points to the Family Head?

The Family Head will be able to pool points from all members of the group so you collectively earn points even faster. You can then redeem the points for group experiences including movies at VOX Cinemas, dining at a hotel restaurant, or skiing at Ski Dubai.

How many people can I have in my Family Group?

You can have up to 9 members in your SHARE Family Group. Please note that all members need to have an individual SHARE account and need to be over the age of 10 years old.

How does the SHARE Family Group work?

The person who creates the SHARE Family Group becomes the "Family Head". The Family Head can then invite up to 9 members over the age of 10 years old to join their group. Once they have joined a Family Group, each member can decide what percentage of earned points goes to their individual account and what percentage goes to the Family Head's account. Individuals in your Family Group can also gift points to each other at any time.

Can I be part of more than one SHARE Family Group?

No. As per the rules of our programme, you can only be the Family Head or member of one SHARE Family Group.

Who can I add to my Family Group?

You can add members of your immediate and extended family including domestic staff. Please note that all members need to have an individual SHARE account and be over the age of 10 years old.

Do I lose my individual SHARE account if I join a Family Group?

No. You keep your individual SHARE account and also become a member of a SHARE Family Group. You can also decide what percentage of your earned points goes towards your individual account and what percentage goes to your group's Family Head (i.e. the person who created the account).

How do I gift points within my Family Group?

Log into the SHARE app, select 'Account' (bottom right) then click on the 'Family' tile to see your Family Group. Select the member that you would like to transfer points to then specify how many points. Once you have confirmed, the points will be transfered immediately and your points balance will reflect accordingly.

Can I create more than one Family Group?

No. As per the rules of our rewards programme, you can only be the Family Head or member of one SHARE Family

As a family member, can I leave a Family Group?

Yes you can leave the Family Group at any time.

Log into the SHARE app, select ' Account' (bottom right), click on the 'Family' tile then 'Leave Family Group' at the bottom. Please keep in mind that you need a minimum period of 6 months from the time you joined your current Family Group before you can join or create another group.

As a Family Head, can I leave a Family Group?

As the Family Head, you cannot leave a group. Instead you can chose to cancel the group completely.

What is the Family Head of the group?

Family Head is ther person who created the SHARE Family Group. All members of the group can decide what percentage of earned points goes to their individual account and what percentage goes to the Family Head's account.

As the Family Head, can I remove a member from the group?

No. Once accepted into your Family Group, only the member can choose to leave.

As the Family Head can I delete a Family Group?

Yes, you can delete the group at any time. Please keep in mind that you need a minimum period of 6 months from the time you joined your current Family Group before you can join or create another group.

What happens to the Family Group's SHARE points if I leave or delete the group?

If you are the Family Head of the group, you will keep all points that have been contributed by members of your group. If you are a member of the group, any points you may have contributed to the Family Head will not be returned to you.

SHARE AT VOX CINEMAS

How is SHARE better than the previous VOX Rewards programme?

With SHARE you can now earn points on all movie ticket purchases including discount tickets, bank offers and tickets for others. What’s more, points earned at VOX Cinemas appear in your account instantly. This means that you can earn points at VOX Cinemas and go straight to any of our Majid Al Futtaim brands or participating locations.to redeem them.

What happens to my VOX Rewards account when I join SHARE?

VOX Rewards has been replaced by the new SHARE programme. If you had any outstanding VOX Rewards points, these have been converted to free tickets and/or refreshments that can be found on the “Promotions” section of the VOX Cinemas app. Moving forward you can now earn and redeem SHARE points for all VOX Cinema ticket purchases.

How do you earn and redeem points at VOX Cinemas?

Show your SHARE ID to any of the VOX staff in order to earn and redeem points. Your SHARE ID is located on the SHARE app by clicking on the SHARE Logo (bottom middle).

How do I earn SHARE points when shopping in Carrefour?

You can earn points when shopping in Carrefour using your Carrefour MyCLUB membership. Points can then be easily transfered to SHARE by linking your SHARE and MyCLUB accounts. To link your accounts please log into the SHARE app, select ' Account' (bottom right) then click the 'Transfer to MyCLUB' tile.

Can I be a member of both SHARE and Carrefour MyCLUB?

Yes you can be a member of both SHARE and MyCLUB. You can even link your SHARE and MyCLUB accounts in order to easily transfer points between both. To link your accounts please download the SHARE app and login. Then select ' Account' (bottom right) and click the 'Transfer to MyCLUB' tile.

How do I redeem SHARE points in Carrefour?

To redeem SHARE points in Carrefour, you will first need to link your SHARE and Carrefour MyCLUB accounts from the SHARE app. Once your accounts have been linked, you will be able to transfer your SHARE points to MyCLUB and use them towards your Carrefour purchases.

I am unable to link my SHARE and Carrefour MyCLUB accounts.

In order to link your two accounts, please ensure that you have downloaded the Carrefour app and logged in using your MyCLUB account. You can then go into the SHARE app and link your accounts by clicking 'Account' (bottom right) then the 'Transfer to MyCLUB' tile. If you are still unable to link your two accounts, please contact the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273).

What happens to my Carrefour MyCLUB account when I join SHARE?

Your Carrefour MyCLUB account will not be affected when you join SHARE.

Can I earn points anywhere in the shopping mall?

Yes. In select locations you can instantly pay and earn points using the SHARE Wallet. For all other locations, you can submit your receipts within 14 days in order to earn points.

Can I redeem points anywhere in the shopping mall?

Yes. In select locations you can instantly redeem points using the SHARE Wallet. Otherwise, please visit the Customer Service Desks in our shopping malls to redeem your points for a shopping mall gift card.

If there is a sale in the store or an item is on discount, will I still earn points?

Yes. You can still earn points on the cash or credit card portion that you pay.
